My 2007 jeep grand cherokee starts,all the signals flash constant on dash,will hardly move in drive ,and if you shut it off it wont restart.

I replaced module.put in a new 300.00computer that was
preprogrammed,and a new battery.still the same problem.what
now?

Had key chip checked.dealer said it was fine.this was checked before all other things replaced.
