P0171 code 99 Tacoma

Truck CEL came on, code P0171 this has happened
before of course, cleaned MAF sensor, replaced
front 02 sensor a year ago, went ahead and
replaced back 02 sensor, still throwing the code.
New air filter, fuel filter. Today while pulling out of
driveway, the gas is bogged down, never going
above 3000 rpm's with the pedal to the floor and
possible misfiring, or clear disconnect for fuel. Only
code it's thrown is P0171. Now this weird gas/fuel
issue of power. Cleaned battery terminals, checked
and replaced a few small hoses that looked worn,
checked transmission fluid, brake fluid, all fluids.
Still no luck. Any idea. I'm supposed to be driving
this bad boy 2500 miles this weekend and I was
never afraid before, now I am.

So short of a smoke test, any other ways to find it? I tried spraying carb cleaner to see if I saw any bubbles, all hoses look good.
