Steering 2007 f150 5.4

I have a 2007 f150 C cab. 5.4
lariat. I was in a fender bender a
little while back on walmart
parking lot. My steering is
extremely hard. I had a bent tie
rod end that i replaced. Theres
not really any noises coming from
the truck. Did my rack and pinion.
Mess up or what should I check.

Have a garage check it out, they can check if something is out of alignment and or bent effecting the steering.
