when i turn my 1999 chrysler 300 off the car keeps running. i have to pull the fuse out to turn it off. What's the problem???

Is it diesling? or is there still power to the ignition...I want to say ignition relay, but must first look 'pon your schematic to make sure you have one....else it's keyswitch~

....am stumped, the time of the modules, could be an engine control module, could be a stuck enabler relay...would have to get in there armed with an electrical schematic to test various points to come up with a correct answer~
