Air flow direction

Asked by 1999M Jan 09, 2019 at 10:58 AM about the 1999 Chrysler 300M FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The touch buttons on the air/heat console are not functioning to direct air flow
i.e.stuck in the upper vents and cannot redirect to either the bottom vents or
defrost vents. I ran the diagnostic check I saw on a video and CODE 24 shows
up. Could you please advise what component needs to replaced or connection
checked to fix the problem. Thank you
