My 1999 Chrysler just shutoff while driving, no check

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? I always check for codes, even if the cel isn't on. make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. Spark everywhere use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Check for fuel injector pulse. If your missing everything, have to check rpm signal. Some chrysler vehicles, the computer needs to see the crank and cam sensor signals both, or it won't start. Don't replace anything w/o doing some testing. Maybe of the systems I mentioned, only one system has a problem? You need to test to figure out which system, spark--fuel-- whatever.
