Fog lights won't turn on on my 99 cirrus

I turn the switch on for my fog lights and they won't turn on. When the problem first started if I
hit a bump they would come on or wiggle the switch. Is it a bad switch or bad wiring?

I would suspect switch first. Once you have replaced the switch (the most likely culprit by far) you could consider checking the wiring.
