Need help

Asked by Gpecora Sep 20, 2018 at 05:18 AM about the 2006 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport

Question type: General

So I was driving tonight and a branch fell in my
windshield. Must have landed on the hood too and
did some damage because the car won’t accelerate
and i can’t drive it at all. What might have
happened? Any ideas? Would like to at least drive
the car away from the scene of the accident, but it
just revs and doesn’t move. Turns on just fine.
Please help!!

I would call your insurance company and see if you have coverage for this type of accident. If you do, they would take it to a repair shop to fix hood, windshield and engine damage that must have occurred. If you Subaru is AWD, have it flat bedded, not towed....all wheels Off the ground so AWD is not destroyed too.
