This just happened to me. I received two keys when I purchased the vehicle and apparently I was using the spare key instead of the master. My guess is that the space was a replacement key and wasn't matched to the transmitter to my vehicle which is why it wouldn't go in the key hole to open the car. I went home and grabbed the other key and it worked. BTW - I call Penske Cadillac and they had no idea what to do....they said call AAA. Thanks, Penske for your great customer service!
