Car lost power while running

I changed plugs car was running n now car will not
start key wont come out ignition  n saying to much
fuel is causing it not 2 start

The "Car Lost Power While Running" description does not match your description of, "Won't Start After I changed Plugs". Key won't come out of the ignition is a different issue, wiggle the steering wheel to line the locking cogs and make sure it is in the Off position instead of the ACC position. Need more clarity to assist you.
