09 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi

I was driving my truck when it all of a sudden shut down
tried starting it and it just kept ticking had the alt tested
came back good put a new battery and starter on it and it
fired up and ran for a min the shut down again doing the
same thing does anyone know what it could be or
something else to try?

Same thing happened to me, 09 Dodge Ram 104,000 miles. Quit going down the road. Tried restarting and all it does it click. Tried jumping with no prevail. Put in a new battery and still just clicked. Prior to this happening (few miles before it died) my oil lamp started flashing and dinging. Brought it to a mechanic and he didn't put a scanner on it but tried turning the crank with a large strong bar and couldn't move it either way and he told me he thinks the motor locked up?!?! I'm hoping it's not the issue.
