when car warms up tranny doesnt shift 1999 sebring 2.5

don't know much about Chrysler's or transmissions but it sounds like a seal issue inside the transmission causing it to lose pressure. when the fluid is cold it is much thicker and when warm it is much thinner and then can bypass a torn or bad seal of some sort.
