I check the brake light switch, as soon I place my face on the brake pedal. I notice a 3/8 diameter 1/8 thichness rubber plastic. Thought it could have come from the tip of the brake light switch which is in between the brake pedal metal that contacts the tip of the switch. I tried to insert it by depressing the pedal then check the tail light and the 3rd eye brake lights that won't turn off. The lights are now turned off. I think the previous mechanic that work on the car did some mickey mouse trick. The rubber padding was drilled to form a hole to hold on the tip of the brake switch with super glue. That way after a while when you pressed on the brakes the piece of padding will fall off and thus the brake pedal will not turn it off because of the gap. I readjusted the brake light switch by turning it to the left then pushed it nearer to the brake pedal contact and turn it back to lock position. All is back to manufacturers distance specification. Be careful with mechanics. They will keep on making you come back.
