Power from battery drops to 5.60 volts then after a few minutes its back to 12 volts like something clicks? Is there a loose connection? Or can it be in my ignition?

Check the alternator, may be charging randomly.

Agree with TST. Alternator or regulator may be failing, and no, not your ignition. Make sure both battery terminals are clean from corrosion and tight, and the other end of the black Neg-- cable has a good ground to frame/chassis
