Question type: Shopping & Pricing

need cargo area to handle luggage and stuff for 2 goldens. Impressed with Flex LTD
specs but am 6'4" and would like to know if driver set up would be good for long road
trips. Consumer Reports rate reliability better in '12 &'13. Had considered  Suburban &
Tahoe XLT's but '12 or '13 out of my price range. Any input on Flex would be appreciated

I'm no where near 6'4" but I have driven many flex's here at the dealer and they are extreamly roomy. The seat can go back to where I cant even reach the pedals. I havent payed much attention to head room when I get in them. But many customers that come in are pretty tall and have had no complaints about room. I perfer Fords so I am biased towards them but as you said the tahoe is pricey. They are very reliable I dont see any major problems with theses vehicles what so ever. Hated the way they looked when they first came out but they have grown on me and they are great vehicles.

the flex is a great highway car just make sure you dont overload to weight on the seats that are folded down as what will happen you might break the seat back if you do.
