Ac blows really hot air

my 2012 fusion was blowing hor
air out of ac. Replaced actuator
door and I have ice cold ac but no
heat. What did I do wrong and can
it be fixed.

Same thing happened to my vehicle the Rio stat on the AC control panel, temperature hot or cold dial. It goes bad with Tom if you leave it on one setting for too long. The contacts were out. It causes the actuator door to not know what to do and it reverts to eithet for hot or fullcold. Just dialed up a couple notches where it’s not on for cold that’s what worked for me.
