My tail lights on my 2012 ford Fusion stopped working. Brake lights and turn signals work. Bulbs have been replaced and fuses and relays are good, What's the reason why taillights won't work?

See the park lamp relay and fuse, they are in the smart junction block. Check those. Any electrical system check voltage and ground. You can use test light to check voltage and ground. The two wire below the relay in diagram carry voltage for park lamps--tail lamps--maker lamps.
