After dead batter in 2012 fusion no sound on radio or phone

You need to get the radio code. Look in the owners manuel. It should be there. If not call the dealer. They can look it up for you.
I had the same problem. jumped the battery and then the radio didn't work, just said "ford fusion" on the display. you need to locate the fuse box down by the brake pedal to the left, very difficult to get at. once you find it remove the plastic cover and then remove the radio fuse (look in your owners manual for the fuse number and location). using a needle nose pliers works the best. once you remove the radio fuse look at it, the small metal wire inside should be broken. replace it with an identical fuse. my fuse box had spare fuse slots with same color and number on them so I just used one of those.

I've tried everything, even what was suggested by mc2202,but is still not working :(.
Same thing just says ford fusion done everything from disconnecting battery testing relays checking fuses replacing the radio. Even researched this radio code and nothing called ford and multiple dealerships they know nothing about any kind of radio codes for my 11 fusion or any other fusion for that matter. They all say it needs to be reprogrammed so what really needs to be done here? And seems to be a rather repetitive problem shouldn't ford be looking into this?
Im having the exact same problem with my 2012 Ford Fusion SE. I've had the battery replaced twice, alternator checks fine, they put new connectors and it worked for 10 days. That was the longest out of 3 different trips for service. I noticed before this happened my speakers would pop really loud even if the radio was turned very low. I can't keep living like this. Im done with Ford.
