Ihave 1998 Chrysler sebring convertible, throwing out codes P1768 & P0700, isn't shifting

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0700 very vague. Just indicates transmission trouble..but you already know that. Now P1768 is (http://engine-codes.com/p1768.html) Performance / Normal / Winter Mode Input Malfunction Read more: http://engine-codes.com/p1768.html#ixzz3Zxj6pEkw But I couldn't find anything Chrysler-Specific, That same code is different on a Honda Or Mitsubishi.
