Oil in coolant

Hello I have a 2012 dodge durango rt 5.7 engine,  I open the
hood to check fluid levels and find the coolant reservoir full
of engine oil,  what caused this to happen.

also clean out the reservoir and run it a few days again...i have seen on some dodge/chryslers oil/trans fluid in the holding tank,cleaned them and it /they were ok...really....also the oil is free of oils right?

This wasn’t near somerset was it? Cause I just bought one from a used car lot and it happened to me
