On page 5 of the Customer Convenience/ Personalization Guide under keyless Start : " Stop • Shift to Park and press the START/STOP button to turn off the engine. Power will be available for 10 minutes to operate the audio system until the driver’s door is opened and to operate the windows and sunroof✦ until any door is opened. Accessory • With the engine off and the brake pedal NOT depressed, press the START/STOP button to place the ignition system in the Accessory position. The yellow indicator on the button will illuminate. • Press the button again to return to the Off position. Note: The battery may drain and the vehicle may not start if the ignition is in the Accessory position for an extended period of time. See Driving and Operating in your Owner Manual.

When you change the battery on a 2014 caddy sxr it takes 100.00 miles to reset the computer.Just had this problem and riding around and adding 100.miles reset my computer.Going to the dealership said the same thing

Had the same problem. Tail gate would wirk with remote and driver door button but not with the button on the rear door above lisence plate. Noe rear hatch stopped working alltogether. Read and watched posts... Managed to open rear hatch from inside manually... Removed floor cover above spare tire and located contril module. Was not wet or anyrhing like that. Disconnected all three pusb plugs .. Started engine and then stopped engine... Connected plugs back and now opens again with door button and remote. Had problem woth power windows.. 3 second press reaet that too. Anyone knows aboht other modules that need to be reset? And luck with the 100 mile drive auto reset after changibg battery?

Just changed the battery in my 2013 Cadillac SRX, called two different dealerships beforehand. Both said I shouldn't have any problems doing so. After changing battery, everything was fine, no problems what so ever.

We've got a 2013 SRX and all I did was disconnect the neg cable without the battery saver and now the car will not start.. FOB will open and lock doors but the car display tells me the FOB is unrecognized.... No wonder GM is in financial trouble... This will be my last one...

Changed mine yesterday, removed and replaced with no issues. Only questions is, the new battery from Walmart came with a vent elbow and a vent plug. Anyone use these? I think it is for when the battery is located in the inside the car like in the trunk or under the seat?

Will disconnecting a 2014 SRX battery set off the alarm system? If so, how would I shut it down to replace the battery?

I replaced my battery about two weeks ago. At first the Cue was working with a few little issues I thought were temporary, but now my Cue is totally frozen. Tried the factory reset, but nothing. Any ideas what to do next?

The Cadillac cue sucks I have a 2017 xts and it was killing my battery car has 55k on it currently at the dealership. They wanted 1600$ to replace. I called Cadillac directly and they're going to fix it free of charge

Will connecting a trickle charger connected to the terminals keep power to the car when swapping out a battery. It worked on my BMW.
