I am looking for a 2012 pre driven Cadillac SRX but can't get CarGurus site to update me

I have entered my criteria maybe 100 times and click to save the search and registered
to update me but have to reload data EACH and EVERY time which is driving me crazy
and I cannot get the site to keep me updated on on new listings or hold my search criteria
no matter what I do. Can you help?

That is odd. When you click 'used cars' there is a window right in the middle of the page of your recent searches. Don't see that? It will be there unless you clear cookies every time you shut your computer off. Also go to My Account, then click settings, and on the very bottom last of the list is "Keep me updated..." click the "email me" circle but be sure you allow CarGurus to send you emails at all, if the 'no' circle is filled click yes, otherwise it overides the bottom one. Don't clear cache and cookies either.

Agree,one click and you will kill all repsponce from carguru.

I did a trial to see and cleared cookies and re-started my computer, my search was gone. I re-entered it and restarted again w/o clearing and it was still there
