Third brake light on 2012 cts

Is there a fuse for it? If
so,where is it located and
which one is it? If it isn't the
fuse,how can I replace it?

This works through the BCM. Several BCM fuses. It's pretty common for a wire to break where the mesh wire loom bends into the trunk. Most that have this issue have a (light blue) wire that ends up breaking. I hope this helps. Page [10-43] (363) in your owners manual is where your fuses start.
