I'm sure you didn't sell the car to CarGurus directly, it was a third party company. Check your emails to see who they are and contact them directly.
Cargurus doesn't buy or sell anything. They're an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Hope that helps! Jim
