Check your bulbs. Most tail lights have double filaments. One may be burned out. If bulbs are good, turn on your lights. Take the bulb out and test to see if you have voltage going to the bulb socket. If you have no voltage, your switch could be bad also.

If the fuse keeps blowing I would say that you have a split or broken wire and it's grounding out against the frame. Have someone follow the wire harness back from your tail lights. I had the same issue on my pickup truck. One wire got pinched between the bed and the frame, and I kept blowing fuses.

It's the whiring harness on the driver's floor pan. The wire splits from 2 to 4 wires and the water gathers there and causes the problem.

I have the same problem but i know the back lights are getting power. Because if i remove the fuse for the break switch the running brake lights turn on. I replace the fuse it goes back out. The lp lights are out too. Every other light works.

Lift the carpet at the driver's door. There is a group of wires is laying in the floor pan. Lots of moisture there which causes corrosion.
