1996 Chrysler Sebring -- dash lights . taillights off-- as soon as i try to turn lights on the taillight fuse pops !! hoe do i fix this ??

1996 chrysler sebring taillight fuse pops as soon as i turn light switch on, headlights turn on ,
brake lights work and turn signals work too --No parking lights ,dash light , or taillights  turn on
cause fuse pops !! All light bulbs are good

1. Remove all bulbs in the problem area from their sockets, both front and back. 2. Turn on the parking lights. 3. If fuse is okay then problem is with the bulbs. Add each bulb, one at a time and try the parking light switch with each bulb. 4. If fuse still blows with all bulbs removed then its wiring, switch or dash lights. But in dash lights, the filament usually opens so its highly unlikely to be the issue. The contacts on switches usually open up so not rarely is it the switch. Harnesses are usually buried under the rug and there are connection points. These corrode and cause problems. I'd check along the door jam and under the driver's feet area for the problem.
