2012 ford escape lcd display erratic but displays after driving for a while. this is on top of stereo. displays outside air temp etc.

When car is started the lcd display that shows ford escape is garbled and erratic. other parts of the display are also erratic. After driving a while it all clears up. Can this be moisture in one of the connectors. if so how do you access these connectors.

If you still have the factory warranty have them replace it.
Obviously you would access the connectors from behind the device. Pop off the radio/a-c trim plate and loosen radio and screen display mounting screws to get to the connectors.
It really irks me when someone's best answer is take it in for warranty work. The reason he had to resort to asking and getting such a lame ass answer as that was because it's probably out of warranty. And that wasn't even what was asked. They didn't ask what they should do, they asked how to access the connectors. Granted a loose connector is likely not the problem, and if someone really doesn't know the connectors are on the back side of the object in question, they probably shouldn't be attempting to fix it themselves. But everyone has to start somewhere. I probably asked silly questions that I already knew the answers to when I was first learning the ways of Cooter (I fix shit myself).
Was an answer ever found for this? Mine is doing the same thing.
