Radio and power locks don't work.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Is there a control module responsible for
power to operate both my radio system
and the power locks. Neither has power
and stopped working less than a month
after we bought the car. We have owned it
3 years.

Here is a potential fix from a thread I found. "First I will tell you how I 'passed' the issue... I checked all of the 'spade' style fuses while they were installed in the fuse box (both below steering column and in engine bay) and all fuses had continuity. While checking the fuses the driver's side door was open and the interior light switch was set to turn on with open door. If you haven't guess already... I was measuring continuity of the light bulb!!! I found a 10A fuse was blown in the engine bay - it was labled as alarm or something (thus why I did not suspect it as bad the first time around)... After replacing the 10A fuse - the dash board clock, the radio, and the interior light all work as normal!" Source: http://www.hyundai-forums.com/showpost.php?p=778131&postcount=3

I had this same issue on a 2013 Elantra GT. All fuses and relays checked out. I reseated the right 3 wire plug (supposedly goes to the radio) on the inside fuse box and everything is now working.
