Factory alarm

How do I get my alarm to disarm, can I clip the
wires running to the doork lock on driver's door on
95 cirrus.  Car starts and alarm goes off and kicks
the engine off and sounds horn?  I've tried all the
battery and unlocking the door tricks I've read
about online, it don't work

You can clip all the wires you want. Heck, it might work.
