Heat wont come or stay on

My 2012 nissan altima heat and ac was wking fine.
Then it just turned all the way off....no more heat,
air, anything. I pushed the buttons trying to get it to
come back on but it didnt work. I was told it could
be my blower gone out or my relay switch gone
out.
