Fixing a Nissan Altima coupe 2.5

Will parts from a 2009 Altima coupe fit a 2012
Nissan Altima coupe 2012 such as  The radiator oil
pan driver airbag and maybe the steering arm ?

The fourth generation Altima's were produced from 2008 to 2013, in 2010, the model was facelifted. So the 2009 parts won't be the same as the 2012, but might fit? Measure to determine.

The transmissions will, you'll have to make sure the valve bodies have the same amount of sensors. If not just get a valve body with the same amount of sensors. Install. You'll want to have the transmission flash. It's worth it. I did this with a 2012 Nissan transmission in a 2008 Altima coupe s. It runs amazing.
