why does my 2002 daewoo leganza loose power when i com to a stop.if i turn off key and then restart it is fine.

i replaced cam shaft position sensor,but it is still showing a code for low circuit on cam shaft position sensor.

Sounds like idle air control valve is either dirty or faulty. Throttle plate could be dirty too.
