Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the low beam H7 bulb on the drivers side a last month without any
problem.  Last week, the  passenger side low beam H7 went out.  I put in a
new bulb and it won't light up. Tried the same builb on drivers side and it
works. Checked socket connectors on both sides with multimeter,   Both
sides showed 3.5 volts.  Checked all fuses except multi fuse with a tester
and they are good.  Was able to view clear plastic side of multi fuse and all
fuses look good (but as noted, i did not test with multifuse with multimeter).
Went on line and it looks like dozens of people have had the same problem
with their Sonata.  Surely someone has found a  solution by now.  What do I
need to do to get the light to work?
