Why are lites turning on the dash?

My battery lite came on while driving my
granddaughter home. Then all of a sudden
abs, seatbelt, air was so hot and other lites
cane on. Then it was so hard to turn the wheel   
I barely made it back home. Suggestions
could it be alternator? This car has given me
so many issues (Lemon).

The system has a charging issue. The battery voltage got so low that it caused the issues. Have the alternator and system checked.
