Lots of service notices stalling

I have a 2012 chevy malibu ls. Randomly it
will spaz and say service traction, service esc,
service power steering, service transmission,
low power steering, power steering turned off
then the the steering wheel locks up then it
stalls and dies. The it just sputters and won't
turn over. If it sits for about an hour or so it
will turn over but with in a few minutes it does
the same thing all over again. Every time this
happens multiple mechanics give me
different ands we fix the stuff it's good then it
starts doing it all over again.
