Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. I don't know what testing you have done? Just to see if starter motor will crank the engine, unplug starter relay, use proper jumper wire between terminals, 30 and 87, terminal 30 is hot all the time. The starter motor should crank the engine. If you try this make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. Note the diagram.

Came out to be corrosion on the negative battery lead. Poured some coke on it and it loosened the connection. I just tightened down and I was good to How! Thanks for the help
