no heat

I have 2012 chevy malibu ltz when i turn on my
heat it does not get hot and the ac does not get
cold like it should i replace the actuator blender
and the thermostat and its still blowing out cold
air....anybody know what to do ?

Did you purge the air out of the cooling system when refilling? Check both heater hoses, if one is cold the other hot, good indication of a air pocket.
