Malibu LTZ shuts down and starts up when idle

My car just started to literally shut down as in power off when I'm at a light or
stop sign for a period of time.  Then it would start back up as if someone was
turning the key to start up.  All the power shuts off and starts back up.  I
notice it mostly once the battery kicks in and then it goes back to the engine
power that it does this.  Anyoen else have this?  I'm not getting any errors or
anything but starting to happen more and more.

If your losing battery voltage check ignition switch. The instrument cluster and everything goes dead?
