A keypad for keyless entry, a taurus. You must disassemble the door and its contents for access. The ford service manual is the best place. Your dealer may let you read theirs or you can get info from their parts dept to order them. It is a security item so ford would not make it easy. You may want to ask how they price that repair since they have the NGS scan tool to complete any programming issue. It can be difficult to get all those latch parts and actuator pieces to cooperate even for the experienced tech. Then he has to get his hand up there. sometimes using the lift is required because a persons arm does not bend that way.
