Engine Cooling Fans

Starting my car in the morning everything fine
engine at normal operating temperature drive
around for a little while. While stopped at a light i
hear my cooling fans come on full blast won't turn
off until i pull over and turn off engine. I replaced
the radiator water pump thermostat coolant
temperature sensor. Ambient temperature sensor
and fan relays and mass air flow sensor but still
having problems with the fans coming on does
anyone have a solution

Is there another problem other than the fans coming on? Fans typically come on when the ac is running also when you select the defrost setting. If there are no other problems leave the fans alone
