Question type: Maintenance & Repair

hello, i have a chevy impala 2012. just since about 2 weeks ago, it appears
suddenly on dashboard 3 errors at the same time 1- service stabilitrack, 2-
service traction 3- service brake assist. but when i keep driving for about
10 mins, all errors disappear by them-self. i have the car for 6 months and
this never happened before. I took the car to mechanic and changed the
both front hubs and i was told that sensors has been changed with front
hubs and it should be alright but i,m having still the same problem. any
suggestion, idea is highly appreciated. Thanks

It depends on what codes are set, if they are front wheel speed sensor codes then since the hubs bearings are new the issues is most likely in the harness to the sensors or the connectors small breaks in the harness or corrosion on the connectors will cause an occasional issue that can correct itself as the temperature of the component changes

I have a 2013 Impala which just started the same problem and Chevy dealer wants $117 to put on the ?-machine. Said probably the ABS Valve needs replaced and the parts alone would be $800 or more. From all the reports on this blog, I'd say the main thing first would be to check and/or replace the wiring harness since most have reported complete and non-recurring success with that repair - probably the least expensive too. With the dangers being reported above, we should all make the call that the respondent above suggested several times and gave the Chevrolet name and phone number. I am also having a problem with my impala fuel gauge sensor which has to be replaced with an $800-or-so cost! Anyone else?
