title question

I just finished paying off my car, but am waiting for my title in the mail which
should arrive in 4-6 weeks..
I want to sell my car soon, and prefer to list ASAP.
If my car sells, how does car guru reconcile the title issue since I don't
physically have the title in hand yet?
