Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a  2009 Audi A3 Quattro S line 2.0T ,
a few times I went to start the car and it
would chug as if it's not getting enough
fuel to get it started and then would stall . I
would have to pump gas and floor it to get
it to rev high and then it would idle good.
Last night I turned the vehicle off and I
couldn't get it started it wouldn't even turn
over this time . The chugging happened
randomly but this is the first time it didn't
start on me . Do u know what the issue
could be . Some friends are telling me
check the fuel filter . Also do u know where
that's located on my car ? Thanks

Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.

Hey so I couldn't get my hands on a vacuum gauge , I changed out the fuel filter and still no start I checked the fuel pump control module and it's still working fine the low pressure fuel pump primes like its supposed to , I changed the battery and spark plugs and ignition coils and still no start. I put my scanner to the car and took some pictures of the data stream while the car was cranking , do u know what any of this means and if it can pin point where the problem could be ? I'm gonna try and upload the pictures on here I have to figure out how first
