my 2006 caravan hazard lights come on when you start it but dont flash inside

When you start the van you here the hazard lights blink but don't come on in dash but they do flash on the outside till you drive for a few hundred feet then go back off???

Same thing happens to me except this only happens when I use my remote/auto starter. Whenever I try to use my Remote starter it works but the car starts up and the hazard lights flash on the outside of the car. I go to try to shut them off from the inside and it doesn’t work. I have to put my foot on the brake and then they go off but my car also shuts off as well. It’s aggravates the fuck out of me
