I have a 2006 Dodge Charger, 5.7 hemi engine. It's ran hot and had da radiator replaces. if a valve broke, fell down on da piston, do I need a motor

If the value cracked the piston wall of the engine when it fall yes but if it cracked the piston or the cylinder head they can be replaced but to tell you have to take the engine apart.
