Issue During Test Drive of 2006 Charger - Should I be Worried?

Asked by Hypno_Hiker Aug 11, 2016 at 05:59 PM about the 2006 Dodge Charger R/T RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My son is interested in a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T 5.7ltr (150,000 miles)
which we test drove this morning.  Everything was smooth when
accelerating and decelerating until the engine was reaching idle.  It ran
rough - like the idle was not properly set.  I felt it each time we were
coming to a stop.  But, I didn't feel it when it was sitting still.   I don't feel
that it had anything to do with the brakes as I didn't feel it through my foot.
I am not sure if it is something major that I should worry about.

Find another vehicle. It could be minor or it could be serious and expensive.
