motor wont turn over

I have a 2006 dodge charger my oil light came on so i pulled into a gas station turned off the car checked the oil and water they were full,so i tryed to start my car and it made a clicking noise and would not start,oil did seem hot pulling off the cap i put new battery and new starter still nothing,i was told my motor was seased and would not turn over,what can i try next befor having to buy a motor.

And if that doesn't work the last thing you can do is to replace the alltinator

Pull all the spark plugs and see if the motor will spin.
