Either the transmission cooler or oil cooler if equipped, in the radiator is probably leaking. The radiator would have to come out for repair.
i have just changed the radiator earlier and i had the same problem
Did you have the cooling system flushed? There would be residue, oil still mixed in with the coolant.

Y4JFF, the only way this can happen is from the transmission oil cooler inside the radiator. Pull the radiator and have it checked.
