06 Dodge Durango

In my 06 Dodge Durango I change the spark plugs
an the cylinder but it keeps telling me cylinder 2
misfire any suggestions and thank you

I would replace the coil on that cylinder next. You can try swapping coils from one cylinder to another and see if the code indicates another cylinder, then you know for sure. If you still have a cylinder #2 misfire, I would suspect the fuel injector or a valve issue.
