Codes PO700 and PO129

Asked by Tina Aug 27, 2020 at 11:11 PM about the 2006 Dodge Durango SLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my durango has had lack of power, bad gas
mileage,  weird idle when stated, hard time
starting as the it seems to stick when
cranked then i turn it off and it will start right
up, i have put in a new battery, alternater,
changed map censor, replaced pcm. The
check engine light goes on and off and a
few times the red lightning bolt light comes
on and flashes and it runs like crazy almost
stalling. When I turn the car off it goes away
and seems to run ok again.

P0700 is just a generic code saying u have a transmission fault... u need a scantool capable of reading the tcm.. p0129 is sayin the baro is too low which comes from the map sensor with just the key on.. engine off intake pressure will be atmospheric pressure.. u need to find if this is an active code or a history code
